Ayurveda theory evolved from a deep understanding of creation. The great rishis or seers of ancient India came to understand creation through deep meditation and other spiritual practices. The rishis sought to reveal the deepest truths of human physiology and health . They observed the fundamentals of life, organized them into an elaborate system, and compiled India’s philosophical and spiritual texts, called Veda of knowledge.


Ayurveda is not a today’s medicine it is the old science which is practiced since more than 5000 years ago. It is a theory that evolved from a deep understanding of creation. This medicine is practiced by several saints and rishis with an objective to save the lives of affected people. The success of the Ayurvedic tradition comes through the promotion of balanced living and is founded on the principle that nothing functions in isolation.


Ayurveda is known for its significance of not just being a treatment medicine but being a “lifestyle” – a lifestyle of Being Healthy. One of the fundamental aspects of Ayurvedic medicine is to take this holistic approach into account during diagnosis and therapy. Ayurveda also focuses on the forms of Exercise, Yoga and Meditation. To maintain patient’s health, a proper diet is suggested and asked to be maintained.


As we become modern now a days several diseases are also growing with it like Ashtma, Diabetes Mellitus, CKD etc. Unhealthy Lifestyle and eating are the main causes behind that. Ayurveda is one of the best and old system which tell us “how to prevent disease and how to eliminate its root cause ? Medicines made from Ayurveda are much more beneficial than modern medicine because they cause no harm or shows no side effects. Today Ayurveda has treatment for several diseases like Kidney problem , diabetes etc. With the changing time Ayurveda has also take lots of steps to maintain several diseases.
